Where I Work
I offer in-person counselling from a calm and private therapy room in Croxley Green, near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire.

I also work online with clients across the UK and Europe using secure video sessions. Many people find that online counselling offers the same depth and connection, with added flexibility and comfort.

Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or from your own familiar space at home, I’m here to support you in the way that feels right for you.
Counselling Sessions and Fees
I offer both in-person and online counselling, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £60, whether we meet face-to-face or online.

I am registered with BUPA HealthCare, so if you have a private healthcare plan with them, counselling may be covered through your insurance.

Choosing a counsellor is a meaningful decision. To support you in this, I offer a free 20-minute phone call where we can talk through what you’re looking for and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to continue afterwards.

I also offer a small number of reduced-cost weekly sessions for student counsellors and those experiencing financial hardship. If this would help make therapy more accessible for you, please feel welcome to get in touch to check availability.
What I Offer Support With
I offer one-to-one counselling for adults, either short-term or open-ended, depending on your needs and what feels right for you.

Some of the areas I can support you with include:

-
Anxiety and panic — feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or caught in cycles of worry
-
Low self-esteem and confidence — struggling to feel good enough or trust in your own worth
-
Relationship challenges — difficulties with connection, communication, or recurring patterns
-
Past trauma and difficult childhood experiences — including emotional neglect or adverse experiences
-
Stress and burnout — feeling depleted, overextended, or emotionally exhausted
-
Life transitions or identity questions — feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about your direction
Sessions are always tailored to you, and we’ll work gently at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Not Sure Where to Start?
You’re welcome to reach out with any questions or simply to explore whether counselling might feel helpful for you at this time.
There is no expectation or commitment. Just a space to talk things through. I am here to listen and to support you in making a choice that feels right for you.
