
Where I Work — Counselling in Rickmansworth and Online
I offer counselling and EMDR from a calm, private therapy room in Croxley Green, near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire.
I also work online with clients across the UK and Europe through secure video sessions. Many people find that online counselling feels just as supportive and connected as meeting face-to-face, with the added flexibility and comfort of being at home.
Whether you prefer to meet in person or online, you will find a steady and compassionate space to explore what feels most important to you.
Therapy Sessions & Fees – Counselling and EMDR in Rickmansworth & Online
I offer both in-person counselling in Rickmansworth and online counselling across the UK and Europe, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £60.
If you are interested in EMDR therapy, EMDR sessions are also 50 minutes and priced at £75.
I am a BUPA-recognised provider, so if you have private healthcare cover, counselling sessions may be funded through your insurance.
Choosing a counsellor is a meaningful decision. To help you get a sense of how I work, I offer a free 20-minute phone call. This is a chance to talk through what you are looking for and see if working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to continue afterwards.
I also keep a small number of reduced-cost weekly sessions for student counsellors and those experiencing financial hardship. If this would make therapy more accessible for you, you are warmly welcome to get in touch to check availability.
