I offer both in-person and online counselling, which allows me to work with clients across the UK and Europe.

For those preferring face-to-face sessions, my counselling practice is conveniently located in Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. The practice is easily accessible, close to the M25, with available street parking.

Additionally, my practice is near a train station and bus routes, making it easy to reach by public transport.

Sessions take place in a dedicated counselling room within my home, ensuring a private and comfortable environment.

Cost and Services

I offer face to face and online counselling depending, on the way you prefer to work. A typical session last 50 minutes and are £55*regardless of the format of counselling you choose.

I am affiliated with BUPA HealthCare so can work with you through your private healthcare.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can sometimes be daunting, to help with this I offer a free initial 20 minute phone call, where we can discuss your needs, and decide how best to move forward. There is of course no obligation to take up counselling after this call.

* Please be aware that I offer a couple of reduced cost weekly session slots for student counsellors and also people that have genuine financial difficulties that couldn't otherwise access the therapy. If you feel this applies to you please contact me for availability or more information.
