Location
I do offer online counselling which means I can work UK and Europe wide. My counselling practice is located in Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. I'm close to the M25 with available street parking.

I'm also close to a train station and bus routes. ​

My practice is based in a private counselling room in my house. I do have a dog in the house, and although she is kept away from clients, please be mindful of this if you have any allergies.

Cost and Services
I offer face to face and online counselling. This is flexible and is based on what you would prefer. Sessions last 50 minutes and are £55*regardless of the format of counselling you choose.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can sometimes be daunting, to help with this I offer a free initial 20 minute phone call, where we can discuss your needs, and decide how best to move forward.

There is of course no obligation to take up counselling after this call.
​
* Please be aware that I offer a couple of reduced cost weekly session slots for student counsellors and also people that have genuine financial difficulties that couldn't otherwise access the therapy. If you feel this applies to you please contact me for availability or more information.
