My Experience
Alongside my private practice, I also work with an organisation that provides counselling for young people and adults who have experienced sexual assault or abuse. This experience has deepened my understanding of trauma and the importance of providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for healing.
To ensure I offer the highest standard of care, I attend regular clinical supervision, hold professional liability insurance, and am a registered member of the National Counselling Society (NCS), abiding by their ethical code of conduct.
I am committed to continuous learning and professional development to stay up to date with the latest research and approaches in therapy. My additional training includes:
-
Specialist Sexual Abuse Trauma Training
-
Suicide and Self-Harm Awareness
-
Creative Counselling Techniques
-
Inner Child Therapy
By combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate approach, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and empowered on your journey.
